Improving Class Attendance
Month on month we are improving class attendance by reminding members of our class No Show Policy and by telling members to ensure they see staff to CHECK them IN to classes - We still need your help!
If you book into a class and then decide that you can no longer attend - you must cancel your booking. This will allow the next person on the waiting list to attend the class in your place.
When entering the Club for a class - all members must approach Reception and ask staff to CHECK you IN by stating your name and the name of the class you are booked into.
Don't be THAT MEMBER!
Recently we have sent out guidelines all members should follow to improve your own, and everyone elses experience when visiting the Club. These were little asks that will go a long way in making your visits happier.
Don't be that member - who goes into the swimming pool all sweaty from the Sauna or gym!
By not showering before entering the water, you will overwork the chemical systems which may lead to malfuntion and closure. By not showering before entering the sauna or steam room you will contribute to build up which will in time deteriorate the condition of the seating in both rooms, which in time will lead to closure.
Don't be that member - who does not wipe clean their gym equipment.
All members should grab a spray bottle and paper towel and wipe clean their equipment after they have used it. Tidy up after yourselves to keep the gym hazard free.
Don't be that member - who enters the Studio before a class has finished to set out your exercise mat or belongings.
Allow fellow members to exit the Studio before you go in - your place is still there if you are booked into the class.
