Trainee Greenkeeper
We are currently searching for an Assistant Greenkeeper to join our team. Due to our Course Development Strategy weare required to expand our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a thriving club with an experienced and friendly team of greenkeepers and staff. We strive to further improve the golf course as we seek to achieve and maintain the highest standards.
The position is a 40 hours per week plus rota’d weekends.Flexibility is essential particularly during the summer months as the Golf Club prepare for the key events within the Club’s busy diary.
Requirements:
• Minimum two years' experience working in greenkeeping at a Golf Club.
• Ability to work to the highest standard with a keen attention to detail.
• Commitment and desire to achieve and exceed the standards expected by the Golf Club inline with our Golf Course Policy.
• Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team or unsupervised to high standards.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and professional in attitude, appearance and actions.
Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 2 Sport Turf Management or equivalent.
• Full valid driving license required.

Chef
Hurlston Hall Golf & Country Club are seeking to recruit a Chef for our Scullery Restaurant. This important role will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the Scullery kitchen, ensuring a consistent high standard of product and service.
The key responsibilities include:

To give support to the Head Chef, in all matters relating to the Kitchen.

To take an active role in promoting new ideas and improving department standards.
-
To ensure that all company Health, Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are strictly adhered to.

To work in an efficient and timely manner to assist the team in meeting company standards for front of house, bar and restaurant food.

To carry out all duties as directed by the Head Chef and to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to.

To be involved in processes to create seasonal menus to help drive revenue.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and personal qualities:

At least 2 years experience within quality catering establishments

Previous experience within a role as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie

Certificates and qualifications in relation to food preparation and health and safety

Hours as required, flexible

Committed and hardworking
The position is fulltime and comes with an excellent salary of up to £32,000 and a range of company benefits.

Spa Therapist
As Spa Therapist your aim will be to continually surpass customer expectations and deliver the very best in guest experience. You will utilise your personal passion and knowledge to deliver competition beating treatments.
The successful candidate must be able to make clients feel comfortable and at ease and be able to show sensitivity and understanding towards client’s needs. They must have excellent verbal communication skills in order to explain treatments and sell products and services. In addition, they must be thorough and pay attention to detail.
