Golf Services Manager
Hurlston Hall Golf & Country Club is seeking to recruit a Golf Services Manager. This crucial role supports the Golf & Clubhouse Manager in the efficient operation of all golf services, ensuring alignment with club policies and business plans.

The key responsibilities include:

Handling golf membership enquiries and managing new and renewing memberships.

Processing membership payments and resolving payment issues.
-
Maintaining an accurate membership database and providing regular reports.

Managing Corporate Golf memberships and driving sponsorship for the course and driving range.

Overseeing member services such as lockers and trolley storage.
-
Promoting visitor green fees and organizing golf events.
-
Collaborating with the Revenue Club to attract visitors.
-
Providing reports on visitor and group golf activities.
-
Managing communications through Intelligent Golf for all bookings.
-
Ensuring visitor prices and tee sheets are current.
-
Managing the starter on busy competition days.

Upselling golf-related income and working towards sales targets.

Chef
Hurlston Hall Golf & Country Club are seeking to recruit a Chef for our Scullery Restaurant. This important role will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the Scullery kitchen, ensuring a consistent high standard of product and service.
The key responsibilities include:

To give support to the Head Chef, in all matters relating to the Kitchen.

To take an active role in promoting new ideas and improving department standards.
-
To ensure that all company Health, Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are strictly adhered to.

To work in an efficient and timely manner to assist the team in meeting company standards for front of house, bar and restaurant food.

To carry out all duties as directed by the Head Chef and to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to.

To be involved in processes to create seasonal menus to help drive revenue.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and personal qualities:

At least 2 years experience within quality catering establishments
-
Previous experience within a role as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
-
Certificates and qualifications in relation to food preparation and health and safety
-
Hours as required, flexible
-
Committed and hardworking
The position is fulltime and comes with an excellent salary of up to £32,000 and a range of company benefits.

Spa Therapist
As Spa Therapist your aim will be to continually surpass customer expectations and deliver the very best in guest experience. You will utilise your personal passion and knowledge to deliver competition beating treatments.
The successful candidate must be able to make clients feel comfortable and at ease and be able to show sensitivity and understanding towards client’s needs. They must have excellent verbal communication skills in order to explain treatments and sell products and services. In addition, they must be thorough and pay attention to detail.
