The perfect way to tailor your workout. My Zone will provide you accurate heart rate at all times & Boditrax will review your results with a full body scan.

Working here since 2006, I have met a lot of different members and what I love about personal training is the results you can get when you put your minds and bodies to it! I like using Boditrax to track progress as this makes it black and white whether you are improving or not. However, I do like to promote to my clients that “feel good factor” can be just as important.

I have loved sport all my life. I have competed in dozens of triathlons from sprints to Ironman but I also love to lift and chill with Pilates.

I have spent the last few years developing my knowledge and skills through studying a Bsc degree in sport, fitness and coaching, as well as a level 3 personal trainer qualification. Through my learning I have developed a deep understanding of the principles of HIIT and strength training, both of which have enhanced my own training sessions.
I focus on weight loss, strength training and HIIT, with particular emphasis on functionality and longevity in training.
I have a natural ability to motivate people and I am dedicated to instilling confidence in my clients and helping to create everlasting healthy habits.

Having spent years in a constant battle with my body, following every fad diet and aimlessly training in the gym with no real direction, I became increasingly frustrated with my lack of progress. I knew something needed to change.
I got to work researching exercise methodology, nutrition and all the lifestyle factors that underpin lasting change. Through putting this into practice, I finally started to see results. Over time my passion for fitness and nutrition grew so much so that I decided to turn my passion into my career and qualified as a PT, with the aim of helping every client overcome the struggles and frustrations that I endured.
Having now worked within the industry for over 10 years, I have continuously looked to refine my skills and offer the best service possible. This has led me to gain qualifications in nutrition, behaviour change and functional fitness. This enables me to provide an individualised plan, bespoke to each client, covering training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset, with the aim to not only reach their goals but maintain them for the long term.
Leisure Managers Quarterly Blog
Thank you and welcome to the first edition of our Quarterly Leisure Manager’s Blog. Here you will be able to keep up to date with everything we have going on in the club, a recap of everything that has happened over the last 3 months and some exciting things to look forward to.
So far this year we have seen the installation of our brand-new spin bikes and new dual-boiler system, which has ensured a more comfortable and enjoyable workout environment, as well as upgraded our gym's air conditioning system to improve the efficiency and reliability of our facilities. Thanks to our friends at Galaxy ProClean we have also completed a significant number of deep cleans on the gym floor, carpets throughout the club, as well as all upholstery in reception and changing room floors.
Following these upgrades and improvements, our commitment to providing the best experience for our members continued with the upgrade to our air handling unit, fresh ceiling tiles, and brand-new sauna benches, all completed to enhance your comfort and satisfaction in our facilities.
Looking ahead to the next few months, we have exciting plans for further refurbishments on the poolside, including redecoration of the pool areas, further deep cleans in both changing rooms, and new furniture for you to enjoy on poolside. There will also be further deep cleans to ensure the highest standards of our facilities on every visit to the club. Furthermore, we will be looking into repairing the lift and planning some more major refurbishments as we approach the end of the year, which you will all be made aware of in due course.
