Working here since 2006, I have met a lot of different members and what I love about personal training is the results you can get when you put your minds and bodies to it! I like using Boditrax to track progress as this makes it black and white whether you are improving or not. However, I do like to promote to my clients that “feel good factor” can be just as important.

The hardest part about personal training is making that first appointment and turning up! From there,  its easy!

I have loved sport all my life. I have competed in dozens of triathlons from sprints to Ironman but I also love to lift and chill with Pilates. 

I believe that everyone benefits from being fit and healthy, the key is finding something you love to do. If you love it, you'll keep doing it & will see results.

So if you want to weight train, complete your first triathlon or just feel generally better about yourself, I can help you get there with enjoyable, progressive training, realistic goals and sound nutritional advice.

I have spent the last few years developing my knowledge and skills through studying a Bsc degree in sport, fitness and coaching, as well as a level 3 personal trainer qualification. Through my learning I have developed a deep understanding of the principles of HIIT and strength training, both of which have enhanced my own training sessions. 

 

I focus on weight loss, strength training and HIIT, with particular emphasis on functionality and longevity in training. 

 

I have a natural ability to motivate people and I am dedicated to instilling confidence in my clients and helping to create everlasting healthy habits.

I have been around the fitness industry for over 35 years and since gaining my professional PT status have successfully helped many people on their personal journey.

Specialising in body transformation through fat loss or muscle tone. Understanding your challenges and needs is key to giving you the right programming, alongside quality nutritional advice, simple done the right way for you. So if you want that big booty or bulging biceps, to build your chest or fit in that dress, give me a shout, you will get there.
