Group Exercise with Ena
With heavy waiting lists for prime time classes, now is the time to open up the timetable to even more opportunity for our members booking into classes. We will move up to 26 spaces from 24 in the main studio. Only 2 per class but across a full week this adds up to a decent increase. We are also working on adding classes to the timetable during peak times and we will be confirming details of these in the coming weeks.

Aerobics and Tone: Fun moves and hand weights to burn and tone.
Pilates: Stretching and breathing exercises for flexibility and core strength.
Yoga: Mind calming classes to rest and focus.
Do your bit to help the timetable and other members
During May we recorded our most ever no-shows! This is where you book a class and don't show for it therefore taking a place from another member. Even if you did not show for fair reasoning, please still make an effort to cancel your class - its really easy to do by logging in to the website and pressing "cancel" next to the class, on your bookings page.

Nutrition - Benefits of Protein

I tested a few platforms listed on ltccasinosschweiz.ch and the deposit speed was noticeably faster than standard crypto options I had used before. Transaction fees were also lower, which matters if you move funds frequently.
The 84 million coin supply cap and the throughput of over 50 transactions per second make LTC technically more suitable for regular small transactions than Bitcoin. That is simply a design choice, not a value judgment.
