Christmas
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We can't wait to welcome you to Hurlston Hall Estate for your Christmas celebration.
To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for all our guests, please take a moment to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making your booking. By booking a Christmas event with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received for bookings of up to 24 guests, or a deposit has been received and acknowledged by Hurlston Hall Estate for group bookings of 25 guests or more.
For bookings of up to 24 guests, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For group bookings of 25 guests or more, we are happy to accept a deposit to secure your reservation. Separate group booking Terms & Conditions will apply and will be provided at the time of enquiry.
To enquire about a group booking of 25 guests or more, please contact christmas@hurlstonhall.co.uk.
We ask that each booking has one designated lead booker. This helps us ensure all details, communications and payments are managed accurately.
Should additional guests wish to join your booking after it has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate them where possible.
If you wish to amend your party numbers, please contact us at christmas@hurlstonhall.co.uk.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All Christmas event tickets are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise by Hurlston Hall Estate.
Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price paid.
Cancellations made within 28 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
PRE-ORDERS
For Christmas events requiring menu selections, all guests must submit their choices via a food pre-order form. Completed forms, together with final guest numbers, must be received no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
To minimise errors, all pre-orders must be submitted by the lead booker rather than individual guests.
Our maximum table size is typically 10–12 guests. Larger parties will be seated across adjacent tables wherever possible to keep groups together.
Food service will commence at the booked dining time. If members of your party arrive late, we may not be able to delay service and cannot guarantee that meals will be held back. Late arrivals may experience a wait while other tables are being served.
Guests are welcome to pre-order drinks for their table. A link to do so can be found on our Christmas page and will also be included in the booking confirmation email.
ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary requirements in writing when submitting your pre-order.
All allergy and dietary information should be submitted via the lead booker to ensure accuracy.
Due to our duty of care to all guests, we are unable to accept allergy-related menu amendments less than 14 days prior to the event date.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, guests with severe allergies should make the venue aware at the time of booking and discuss their requirements with a member of the team prior to the event.
TABLE ARRANGEMENTS
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate seating requests, table allocations are at the discretion of Hurlston Hall Estate and cannot be guaranteed.
For larger parties, we will endeavour to seat guests together or on adjacent tables wherever possible.
CHALLENGE 25 AND RESPONSIBLE DRINKING
Hurlston Hall Estate operates a Challenge 25 policy. Guests who are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25 may be asked to provide valid photographic identification before being served alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include a valid passport, driving licence or PASS-approved proof of age card.
We are committed to promoting responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated or who is purchasing alcohol on behalf of an underage person.
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests, Hurlston Hall Estate reserves the right to refuse admission or ask any guest to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, abusive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
GENERAL
Hurlston Hall Estate reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, menus or entertainment where necessary.
In the unlikely event that Hurlston Hall Estate is required to cancel an event, guests will be offered an alternative date where possible or a full refund of monies paid.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice; however, the version in place at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
