Built specifically for golfers of all abilities, the programme helps you swing faster and more efficiently while reducing injury risk—so you can play longer, hit harder, and feel stronger on and off the course.

Cancellation Policy
1. Course Overview The Strength & Power for Golfers programme is an 8-week structured course designed to improve strength, mobility, power, and injury resilience specific to golf performance. Sessions are delivered in a small-group setting by qualified instructors. 2. Booking & Payment All participants must book and pay in full in advance to secure their place on the course. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received. 3. Commitment to the Course This programme is sold as a complete 8-week course, not as individual sessions. By booking, participants commit to attending the full programme. Missed sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited, except in exceptional circumstances at the club’s discretion. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund or credit, minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued for non-attendance, illness, holidays, or scheduling conflicts. 5. Transfers Course places are non-transferable unless approved in advance by the leisure club. Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to the course start date. 6. Minimum Numbers & Changes The leisure club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course if minimum participation numbers are not met. In the event of cancellation by the club, participants will be offered a full refund or alternative course option. 7. Health & Safety Participants must complete a health screening questionnaire before the first session. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health. The leisure club reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe to continue. 8. Late Arrival & Behaviour Participants are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to train. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund. 9.
