7th August 2008:  Hurlston Hall is currently undergoing an extensive multi million pound investment programme, extending the Club House to provide a larger capacity for events, conferencing and banqueting.  The extension will also provide a restaurant which will serve modern British culinery delights made using the very finest locally sourced produce and will be open to both members and non-members throughout the week.  The new restaurant will also operate a no dress code policy, unlike the popular Spike Bar which operates a strict golfers dress code.
